Enrollment Information
It is strongly recommended that interested parents visit the school with their child(ren) prior to enrollment in any of our programs.
Application packages: Application and all other required forms are available by clicking the download button below or by calling or visiting the school.
Note: Preschool aged children and school aged children have different application packages.
Fees: Each completed application must be accompanied by a $50 non-refundable registration fee ($25 for returning children).
Additional Requirements: A completed developmental history along with a completed medical form, signed by the child's physician, is necessary before the child enters school.
All required paperwork must be returned to school no later than the child's first day of attendance.
